This nimble Clipper Squid belongs to a species that evolved a unique, grasping appendage at the end of its two tentacles. The body of this squid is overtly aerodynamic to compensate for the drag cause by the heavy tentacles. This specimen was found with a colorful Mirco-Grouper, common prey of this species.
